The Annual Medical and Physical Examination will be conducted on AUGUST 17-28, 2015, 8:00 am- 5:00pm at Medhub Lab Multispecialty Clinics and Diagnostic Center located at Unit 4 Donato Bldg. Rizal Avenue New Banicain Olongapo City. Attached herewith the schedule of our APE, if there is any conflict with your schedule please do not hesitate to approach me as soon as possible. Thank you.
