The Wind Circulation of the approaching Typhoon MELOR (NONA) will bring Tropical Storm Force-Winds (75-100 kph) across Northern Samar and Catanduanes beginning Early Monday morning (December 14). Hence, an ORANGE Wind Alert (Severe Weather Warning) has been hoisted along these areas.
Rain or Wind Alert update will be automatically terminated if the weather system is no longer expected to bring more severe weather conditions.
