The Wind Circulation of the approaching Typhoon MELOR (NONA) will bring Tropical Storm Force to Typhoon Force-Wind Gusts (75 up tp more than 130 kph) across Bicol, Samar, Northern Leyte, and Southern Quezon beginning Monday Noon (December 14). Hence, the VIOLET, RED and ORANGE Wind Alerts (Severe Weather Warnings) have been hoisted along these areas.
Rain or Wind Alert update will be automatically terminated if the weather system is no longer expected to bring more severe weather conditions.
